Items purchased on redseptemberdesign.com are eligible for free return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

The return conditions are:
- All items must be unworn in their original condition
- Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached, and you have a receipt
- Make sure you completed return application correctly (download here) and you have the copy of your passport at hands

The parcel is paid by the сustomer (not cash on delivery).

You may return online orders purchased on redseptemberdesign.com to our showroom and issue a refund on the spot.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if damage is found as a result of using the item. In disputable situations, the goods are transferred for examination. Money is returned to the customer only in the same way that the purchase was made, within 10 days after we receive the goods.
